AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE
18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
No(s). 67R-540 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of the
northeast quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in
Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the
County Recorder of said County.
Except that portion thereof lying northerly of the follow-
ing described line: Beginning at a point on the westerly
line of said northwest quarter of the northwest quarter,
South 00 58' 58" West 68.66 feet from the northwest corner
thereof; thence South 89° 01' 02" East 57.00 feet; thence
North 390 03' 46" East 36.38 feet to a line parallel with
and southerly 40.00 feet from the northerly line of said
section; thence South 89° 00' 14" East 276.00 feet along
said parallel line; thence South 780 47' 59" East 101.61
feet; thence South 84° 45' 20" East 227.02 feet to the
easterly line of said northwest quarter of the northwest
quarter.

now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changedto and
incorporated in R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the. City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (1.5) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim'Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (3.0) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 26th day of March , 19 68 .

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said -Ordinance No. 2497 on the 26th day of -March,
1968. ,
