AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 3.32, SECTION
3.32.010, PARAGRAPHS (a) AND (b) OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
CIRCUSES --LICENSE FEES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 3, Chapter 3.32, Section 3.32.010, Para-
graphs (a) and (b) of the.Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the
same are hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 3.32.010 CIRCUSES --LICENSE FEES.
"(a) Not more than 4,000 persons: Every person
conducting, managing or carrying on a circus
or similar exhibition, having a seating capacity
of not more than 4,000 persons, except in a
recreation park or amusement center, as mentioned
in Section 3.08.010, Classification "C" hereof,
and the Anaheim Stadium and Convention Center,
shall pay a daily license of $100 for the first
day, and $50 for each succeeding consecutive
day that the same is conducted, managed or
carried on.
"(b) More than 4,000 persons: Every person conducting,
managing or carrying on a circus or similar ex-
hibition, having a seating capacity of more than
4,000 persons, except in a recreation park or
amusement center, as mentioned in Section 3.08.010,
Classification "C" hereof, and the Anaheim
Stadium and Convention Center, shall pay a
daily license of $200 for the first day, and
$100 for each succeeding consecutive day that
the same is conducted, managed or carried on.
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of March , 1968.

at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim held
on the 5th day of March, 1968, and that the same was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of maid City Council held on the 12th
day of March, 1968, by the following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2492 on the 12th day of•March,
1968.
