2490ORDINANCE NO. 2490 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.32, SECTION 14.32.190, PARAGRAPH 48, AND SECTION 14.32.110 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO PARKING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 14, Chapter 14.32, Section 14.32.190, Para- graph 48 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 14.32.190 NO PARKING AT ANY TIME --STREETS DESIGNATED. "48. Manchester Avenue, on both sides from the Katella Avenue off -ramp of the Santa Ana Freeway to Katella Way; and on the west side of Manchester Avenue from 960 feet south of the center line of Katella Way to 1200 feet south of Katella Way." SECTION 2. That Title 14, Chapter 14.32, Section 14.32.110 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 14.32.110 THIRTY -MINUTE PARKING ZONES. "No operator of any vehicle shall park the same for a period longer than thirty minutes upon any of the following streets or portions of streets: 1. Cypress Street, between Citron and Janss Streets. 2. Chartres Street, between Citron and Janss Streets. 3. Resh Street, between Lincoln Avenue and Sycamore Street. 4. Citron Street, between Lincoln Avenue and Sycamore Street. 5. Ohio Street, from Chestnut Street to three hundred feet north of the north side of Lincoln Avenue. 6. Illinois Street, from Lincoln Avenue to one hundred fifty feet north of the north side of Lincoln Avenue. -1- n - z Z ( ^� T T 1 i 1 TC Z- 7. Lincoln Avenue, between Illinois and Janss Streets. 8. Manchester Avenue, between Lincoln Avenue and Broadway. "The Chief of Police is hereby authorized and directed to cause to be erected and maintained along said streets, at not more than one hundred fifty feet apart, in each block, signs designating the provisions of this section." SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
