AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE
18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
No(s). 64R-39 and 68R-41 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of Lot 16 of P. A. Stanton Tract, in the
City of Anaheim, as per map recorded in Book 5, Pages
23 and 24 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said Orange County; said land lying
south of the South line of the North 1 acre of said Lot.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the West 345 feet.
TOGETHER with the West 20.00 feet of that certain road-
way adjoining said land on the East vacated and aban-
doned by resolution of the City Council of the City of
Anaheim, No. 63R-560, a certified copy of which was re-
corded July 9, 1963 in Book 6623, Page 821 of Official
Records.
NOTE: According to the record map of said Subdivision,
the areas and distances of said property are measured
from adjoining street centers.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and in-
corporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
