91-227 RESOLUTION NO. 91R -22?
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ADJUSTING THE AMOUNT OF THE
ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT FEE FOR THE AHAHEIM
STADIUM BUSINESS CENTER AHEA
WHEREAS, Chapter 17.31 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
establishes certain development fees on buildings and structures
with the Anaheim Stadium Business Center Area; and,
WHEREAS, Section 17.31.060 of Chapter 17.31 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code permits the Anaheim City Council to
periodically adjust the amount of the development fee in
accordance with the construction cost index in the Los Angeles
area as published in the Engineering News-Records Construction
Cost Index; and,
WHEREAS, the construction cost index in January, 1990
stood at approximately 5791.8; and,
WHEREAS, the construction cost index as of June 10,
1991 now stands at 6084.71; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to adjust said
fee in accordance with the increase in the construction cost
index.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the fee imposed
pursuant to Section 17.31.020 of Chapter 17.31 be, and it is
hereby, increased to Three Dollars and Eighty Three Cents
($3.83) per square foot of gross floor area.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adop%ed by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 16th day of July
1991.
