AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE
18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
No(s). 68R-30 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The North 130 feet of the following described property:
The East half of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 7, Township
4 South, Range 10 Nest, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as
shown on a r:ap recorded in Look 51, page 10, Miscellaneous
Naps, records of said Orange County.
Except the North 2.88 acres thereof.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and in-
corporated in C-1, GENERAL C01-RIERCIAL ZONE, upon the following
conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the
Office of the Director of Public Works and Super-
intendent of Streets, prior to final building and
zoning inspections.
2. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view, and the sound spall
be buffered from adjacent -residential homes, prior
to final building and zoning inspections.
3. That evidence of ownership of subject property
shall be submitted to the City of Anaheim prior
to the issuance of a building permit in order to
determine the necessity for the recordation of an
agreement for a mutual easement over the southerly
25 feet of the property to the north of subject
property.

4. That subject property shall be developed substan-
tially in accordance with plans and specifications
on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibits
Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning nap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone- or zones as above set forth, an& said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby ac optcd and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to he addea
to the City Zoning May showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim held
on the 27th day of February, 1968, and that the same was duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 5th
day of March, 1968, by the following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2487 on the 5th day of March,
1968.
