AN ORDINAtICE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING
THE ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM OF THE
TERRITORY KNOT°vN AND DESIGNATED AS FIRE STATION
NO. 7 ANNEXATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Anaheim did on the 7th day of
December , 19 67 , receive a written application signed by all
of the owners o?land within the territory proposed to be annexed
to the City of Anaheim. That said territory proposed to be
annexed to said City of Anaheim is situated in the County of
Orange, State of California, and is contiguous to the City of
Anaheim, and is uninhabited territory. That said application
signed by all of the owners of land within the territory pro-
posed to be annexed contained a description of said territory
in words and figures as hereinafter in this ordinance described.
That the City of Anaheim filed said request to annex
said territory, containing the specific boundaries of the terri-
tory to be annexed, with the Local Agency Formation Commission
and said Local Agency Formation Commission approved said annexa-
tion request of the City of Anaheim pursuant to Section 54797.1
of the Government Code.
That on the 10th day of January , 1968 , the Local
Agency Formation Commission duly adopted Resolution No. 68-3
in which said Commission authorized the City of Anaheim to annex
said territory in accordance with Section 54797.1 of the Govern-
ment Code and further approved such annexation of said territory
without notice or hearing.
That the Local Agency Formation Commission further, by
resolution, authorized the City Council of the City of Anaheim
to annex said territory without notice or hearing by the City
Council and without the requirement that an election be held by
the City on the question of said annexation.
SECTION 2.
That the annexation of the territory included within
the boundaries of the herein described FIRE STATION NO. 7
arly described as follows, to wit: ANNEXATION, and more particu-

That parcel of land located in the County of Orange, State
of California, being a portion of the Northwest quarter of
Section 24, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.,
in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the existing City Limit line
of the City of Anaheim, distant from the centerline inter-
section of State College Boulevard and Ball Road, the
following courses and distances: South 890 55' 36" East
660 feet, more or less, South 00 13' 40" East 30 feet,
more or less, as established by the Southeast Annexation
to the City of Anaheim, passed by Ordinance No. 1104,
November 27, 1956, filed with the Secretary of State
December 31, 1956 and recorded January 8, 1957 in Official
Records of Orange County, California, said point of begin-
ning being the intersection of the East line of the North-
west quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of said Section 24, with a line parallel with and
30 feet Southerly of the North line of the Northwest quarter
of said Section 24, said point of beginning also being in
the existing City Limit line of the City of Anaheim, as
established by the Southeast Annexation No. 2 to the City
of Anaheim, passed by Ordinance No. 1402, October 13, 1959,
filed with the Secretary of State November 13, 1959 and
recorded November 19, 1959 in Official Records of said Orange
County; thence
South 890 55' 36" East 660 feet, more or less, following
along a portion of said existing City Limit line of the City
of Anaheim as established by said Southeast Annexation No.
2, along the last mentioned parallel line to an intersection
with the Easterly line of the West half of the Northwest
quarter of said Section 24; thence
South 00 13' 40" East 630 feet, more or less, leaving
the existing City Limit line of the City of Anaheim as es-
tablished by said Southeast Annexation No. 2, along a por-
tion of the East line of the West half of the Northwest
quarter of said Section 24 to an intersection with the
Southerly line of the North half of the Northwest quarter
of the Northwest quarter of said Section 24, said point of

intersection being a point in the existing City Limit line
of the City of Anaheim, as established by the aforementioned
Southeast Annexation to the City of Anaheim; thence
North 890 55' 36" West 660 feet, more or less, along a
portion of the said existing City Limit line of the City of
Anaheim, as established by said Southeast Annexation, being
the Southerly line of the North half of the Northwest quarter
of the Northwest quarter of said Section 24, to an intersec-
tion with the Easterly line of the Northwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section
24; thence
North 00 13' 40" West 630 feet, more or less, along a
portion of the said City Limit line of the City of Anaheim,
as established by said Southeast Annexation, being a portion
of the Easterly line of the Northwest quarter of the North-
west quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 24, to
the point of beginning.

is hereby approved and said territory is hereby annexed to and
incorporated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
_ of California, and is hereby designated as the
FIRE STATION NO. 7 ANNEXATION to the City of
Anaheim pursuant to Section 54797.1 of the Government Code and with-
out notice and hearing by the City Council and without the require-
ment that the City hold an election on the question of annexation,
all in accordance with the approval of the Local Agency Formation
Commission.
SECTION 3.
That from and after the effective date of this ordinance
and the filing of a certified copy thereof with the Secretary of
State of the State of California, the annexation of the territory
herein described shall be deemed to be and shall be complete and
thenceforth such annexed territory shall be, to all intents and
purposes, a part of the City of Anaheim, and from and after the
effective date of such annexation, all property therein shall be
subject to taxation equally with the property within the City of
Anaheim and shall be taxed to pay its proportionate share of
the existing indebtedness and liability of said City of Anaheim
contracted prior to or existing at the time of such annexation
pursuant to the written consent of the owners of property in said
annexed territory filed with the Clerk of the City of Anaheim
prior to the adoption of this ordinance.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Anaheim
Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published
and circulated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall be in full force and effect.
