AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE
18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
No(s). ti77g-4-,0 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The west one-half of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 28, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in
the Rancho Las Bolsas, as shown on a Nap recorded in Book
51, page 10, of miscellaneous claps, records of Orange
County, California.
EXCEPT THEREFROM the South 10 acres thereof.
ALSO EXCEPTING the Northerly 195.00 feet of the West 203.00
feet thereof.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in R-3, I-IULTIPLE-FA14ILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon
the following conditions:
1. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per dwelling unit, to be used for
park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid at the time
the building permit is issued.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director of Public
Norks and Superintendent of Streets, prior to final building and
zoning inspections.

3. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view and the sound buffered from adjacent
residential homes, prior to final building and zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Lnap-shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a.sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning 11ap showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,L
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held
on the 20th day.of February, 1968, by the following vote of the
members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
TEMPORARILY ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Pebley
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2483 on the 20th day of February,
1968.
