AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APIEND-
ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM 1,7UNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 65R-660 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commissions and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with as to the property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 13 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereuy, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set fortis in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Lot 12 in Block 36 of the Yorba Linda Tract, in the
City of Anaheim, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in Book 5, pages 17 and 18, Miscellaneous I-aps ,
records of said Orange County.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in iii -1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following
conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim,
such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving,
drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied
with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with
standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the
City engineer at the time the property is developed.
2. That the owners of the property shall pay to the City
of Anaheira the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting
purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is
developed.
3. That all plans for development of the property shall
be submitted to and approved by the Development Review Committee
on tine basis of compatibility of development, both structurally
and architecturally.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or.zoiees as above set forth, and said
City Zoning maN.as amended is -hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning iviap showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted. c
SECTIO14 3.
The City Clerkshall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, anti thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FORGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of February , 1968.

and adopted at a regular meeting ofcsaid City Council held on the
13th day, of February, 1968, by the following vote of the members
thereof:

Pebley
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2478 on the 13th day of February,
1968.
