2477ORDINANCE NO. 2477 AN ORDINANCE OF TAIL: CITY OF AN2)HEII7 AMEND- ING TITLE 13 of the r7�NAIIEjm MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 67R-310 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones nereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with as to the property hereinafter described. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEII.d DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: gr'CTTMJ 1. That Title 13 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and tine same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set fortis in saki Title 13 by adopting a sectional zoning map or inaps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of Loi. One of Walnut Colony ol ny Tract,Sas shown on a Map filed in Book 1, pageof eys in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California, described as follows: Commencing at the center line intersection of patella Avenue and West Street, said point being the Northeast corner of Section Twenty-eight, Township Four South, Range Ten West, S.B.B. & i4., thence South 39° 25' 22" West 463.00 feet along the center line of said Katella Avenue; thence South 0° 48' 36" East 60.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thhence South 00 48' 33" East 249.96 feet to the Northerly line of Tract No. 3290, as shown on a map recorded in Book 44, pages 43 and 44 of Miscellaneous ,iaps, records of Orange County, California; thence South 89° 25' 53" west 210.00 feet along said Northerly line; thence north 0° 48' 38" west 249.93 feet; thence North 890 25' 22" East 210.00 feet to the true point of beginning. -1- 66-67-61(12) now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in C-R, CONI--MRCIAL-RECREATION ZONE, upon the follow- ing conditions: 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work, shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sura of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed. 3. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15� per front foot for tree planting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed. 4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file in the office of the Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior to final building inspection. 5. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view and shall be in architectural conform- ance with the structure. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Iiap shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning .lap as amendea is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to pre_Jare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning :,lap showing the changes hereby approved an: adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clergy, shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and small cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adojtion, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, publishes and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it small take effect and be in full force.
