2476ORDINANCE NO. 2476 AN ORDINANCE OF TSE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 of the AiiAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council dil �_ -- ac U cit:== r;o. _67R-3_10 determining that a change or cizanges in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with as to the property hereinafter described. NOIvJ, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION i. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said 'Title 12 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situates: in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of lot 30 of Anaheim Extension, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map of survey made by William Hamel and filed in the Office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of said lot 30 being the intersection of the center lines of Ball Road and West Street as shown on said Map; thence South 890 58' 36" West 388.7 feet along the southerly line of said lot 30, to the southerly prolongation of the East line of Tract No. 1620 as per map recorded in Book 58, pages 29 to 31 inclusive of iiiscellaneous MAPS, in the Office of the County Recorder of said Orange County; thence North 01 17' 34" West 384.24 feet along the East line of said Tract; thence South 89° 50' 50" East 248.85 feet to the southwesterly line of said West Street; thence at right angles to the center line of said West Street, north 740 19' 56°" hast 33.00 feet to said center line; thece South 15° 40' 04" East 407.50 feet to the point of beginnning. -1- 66-67-61(11) EXCEPT that portion thereof described as follows: Begin- ning at a point on said center line of West Street, North 15° 40" 04" West 201.35 feet from the intersection of said center line with the center line of said Ball Road; thence South. 15° 40' 04" East 201.85 feet; thence along said center line of Ball Road South 39° 58' 56" West 196.70 feet; thence North 0° 01' 04`° West 154.52 feet to a line bearing North 74° 19' 56" East and passing through the point of beginning; thence north 74° 19' 56" East 147.73 feet to the point of beginning. now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in C-R, COI�MERCIAL--RECREATION ZONE, upon the follow- ing conditions: 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work, shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developea. 3. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15� per front foot for tree planting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed. 4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior to final building inspection. 5. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly snieldeu from view and shall be in architectural conform- ance with the structure. SECTION 2. Tile City boning -Iap shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from tree zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and saic City Zoning =Iap as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is nereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning IIap slowing the changes hereby approved and adopted. gRC'TTON 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and -2- circulated in said City, acid thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
