AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIfI A14ENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM, MIUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEI11- DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
No(s). 67R-310 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with as
to the property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIOiv 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
That portion of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 27, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, in the City of Anaheim, as said
section is shown on a map recorded in Book 51, page 10,
Miscellaneous gaps, records of said Orange County,
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter
of said Section 27, said corner being the intersection of
the center line of Katella Avenue and Harbor Boulevard,
and running thence South 10 21' 00" East along the West
line of said Northeast quarter, 265.06 feet more or less,
to its intersection with the South line of the North
265 feet of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter
of the Northeast quarter of said Section 27, said point
of intersection being the true point of beginning of the
boundary of the land described herein; thence along said
South line, North 890 54' 3011 East 460.01 feet; thence
South. 10 21' 00`i East parallel with said West line of the
Northeast quarter of said section, 291.96 feet, more or
less, to a line that is parallel with and distant 98.38
feet Northerly from the South line of said Northwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter
of Section 27; thence along said parallel line,
South 890 49' 40" West 460.01 feet to the West line of

the Northeast quarter of said section; thence along said
West line, North 10 21' 00" gest 292.64 feet, more or
less, to the true point of beginning.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-R, COZ2,,1ERCIAL-RECREATION ZONE, upon the
following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading
and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work, shall
be complied -with as required by the City Engineer and in accor-
dance with standard plans and specifications on file in the
Office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is
developed.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the
Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior
to final building inspection.
3-. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view and shall be in architectural con-
formance with the structure.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning I.vfap as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning ,"ap showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim
held on the 23rd day of January, 1968, and that the same was duly
passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held
on the 30th day of January, 1968, by the following vote of the
members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Krein, Chandler and Pebley
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Schutte
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City -of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2473 on the.30th day of January,
1968.
