2465ORDINANCE NO. 2465 A -IN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAI EIs. A IE;NDING TI'T'LE 18 OF THE ANAHEII.1 I--IUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEILM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s) No(s). 66R-310 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear- ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with as to the property hereinafter described. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 22, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book 51, page 10, I,;iscellaneous maps, records of said Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of the Southeast quarter of said Section 22, South 0° 14' 30" East 128.40 feet from the center of said Section 22, said center point being the intersection of the center line of Cerritos Avenue, from the West, with the North and South quarter Section line of said Section 22, said point of beginning being the Northwest corner of the land described in deed to Robert H. Ingram, et al., recorded February 28, 1958, in Book 4213, Page 81, Official Records; thence North 89° 56' 00" East 660.70 feet to the Northeast corner of said Ingram land; thence North 00 15' 00" West 85.75 feet to the Southeast corner of the land described in deed to Carmen Scalzo and wife, recorded February 13, 1958, in Book 4194, Page 511, Official Records, thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said Scalzo land, 660.65 feet to the West line of said Southeast quarter of Section 22; thence South 00 14' 30" East along said West line of Section 22, a distance of 85.87 feet to the point of beginning. -1- 66-67-61(9) now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and -- incorporated in C-R, CO141yIERCIAL-RECREATION ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work, shall be complied with as required, -by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed. 2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior to final building inspection. 3. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view and shall be in architectural con- formance with the structure. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (1.5 ) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
