AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIIV At -TENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
No(s). 66R-310 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with as
to the property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIi,
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
That portion of the West half of the Southeast quarter
of the Southwest quarter of Section Twenty-two, Township
Four South, Range Ten West in the Rancho San Juan Cajon
de Santa Ana, as said section is shown on a Map recorded
in Book 51, page 10 of .Miscellaneous Naps, records of Orange
County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said West half; thence
westerly 105.00 feet along the South line of said Section;
thence Northerly 185.00 feet parallel with the East line
of said West half; thence Northwesterly 55.23 feet more or
less, to a point which is Northerly 226.00 feet parallel
with said East line and Westerly 142.00 feet parallel with
said South line from the Southeast corner of said West
half; thence Northerly 64.00 feet parallel with said
East line; thence Easterly 142.00 feet parallel with said
South line to said East line; thence Southerly 290.00 feet
to the point of beginning.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-R, COMI,SERCIAL-RECREATION ZONE, upon the
following conditions:

1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading
and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work, shall
be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accor-
dance with standard plans and specifications on file in the
Office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is
developed.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the
Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior
to final building inspection.
3. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view and shall be in architectural con-
formance with the structure.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Pap shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning heap as - amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINA14CE is approved and signed by me

and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the
16th day of January, 1968, by the following vote of the members
thereof:

Pebley
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2464 on the 16th day of January,
1968.
