AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
No(s). 67R-334 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with as
to the property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the land conveyed to
the City of Anaheim by deed recorded November 6, 1967 in
Book 8427, page 46 of Official Records of said county;
thence Southerly along the Westerly line of said land, and
its Southerly prolongation, 563.10 feet to a point in the
Northerly line of the land conveyed to Orange County Water
District by deed recorded November 26, 1938 in Book 971
page 306 of said Official Records; thence South 810 28'
45" East along said Northerly line, 332.58 feet to a point
in the East line of Lot 5 as shown on a map filed in Book 2,
page 39 of Record of Surveys in the office of the County
Recorder of said county; thence Northerly along said East
line, and its Northerly prolongation, 613.59 feet to the
Northeast corner of the land conveyed by first above mentioned
deed; thence South 89° 48' 10" West, along the Northerly
line of said land, 333.43 feet to the point of beginning.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following
condition:
That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim,
such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and
paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work,
shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer,

and in accordance with standard plans and specifications
on file in the office of the City Engineer, at the time
the property is developed.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 2459 was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim held
on the 19th day of December, 1967, and that the same was duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 26th
day of December, 1967, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Krein, Chandler and Pebley
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Schutte
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2459 on the 26th day of Decem-
ber, 1967.
