AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim dial heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1944 -- Series 1965-66 ir. Reclassification No. 65-66-87 , re- commending emcommen ing an amendment to Title 18 of the na ei,m Mun:.ci.pa Code and a charge or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned, and described, after having held a public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Mur?,icipal Code to consider such proposed change or changes of zoni.e or zones, and-a.fter having received evidence and reports from persons interested therein-, and WHEREAS, said City Flan, . ng Commissions did make find- ings a.n.d summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution?,and WHEREAS;, upon, receipt c1 said resclution, report of findings, s jmmary ci ev- de®ri;^e; and recc:mnmenda.tion of the City Planning Commission, t;he Cit,7 Clerk did fix the 22nd day of March, 66 , as the time y and rhe Ccur,Zcil C ber in the City Han of _ City of. Anaheim as the place, for a public hearing upon said proposed amendment, to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and said change or changes of z:,ne or zones, and did give notice thereof in the manner a.,td as provided in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code-, and WHEREAS, at ti .e time and place fixed, for said public hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear- ing and did give all persons i-,,,nterested therein°n an opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there- upon consider the recommendation. of the City Planning Commission, and did adout Resolution(s) No.�'s) 66R-227 ��, finding and da � R g that Til, nheim Mu�icip�� le 18—fie a Code should be amended and t'nat a change or changes in the bound- aries of said. z:= or zones should be made as set forth in said resolution(s); and WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 66R-227 , certain conditions and requirements were ma a as condltMi_s precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones; and WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or changes of zone or zones have been, complied with; NOW, THEREFORE., THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION to That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound- aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as follows: -I- 65-66-87 That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: The North 178 feet of the West 330 feet of the Northwest quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County. Said land is shown on a map filed in Book 81, page 15 of Record of Surveys in the Office of said County Recorder. now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in C-1, GENERAL -COMMERCIAL ZONE. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation,printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
