2328AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No, 1977
Series 69�, 5-66=_,ir. Reclassification No. 65-66-96 , re-
commending an amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter menti.oned and described, after having held a public
hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said Title 18
of the Ar:..aheim Municipal Ccdm to consider such proposed change
or changes of zoyii.e or zones, and �.f ter having received evidence
and reports from persons interested therein,. and
WHEREAS, said City Pl:n.i?.g Commission did make find-
ings and su�mmarf,es c -j1 its gearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zon.,es as set forth in said resolution.; and

ing and did give persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendatio--n, of the City Plananing Commission,

WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 66R-308
�, certain conditions and requirements were
made as con i.fiois precedent to the making of a change or changes
of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION to
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
The North 330.00 feet of the East 340.00 feet of the North-
east quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quar-
ter of Section 14, in Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in
Rancho Los Coyotes, as per map recorded in book 51, page 11,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County;
EXCEPTING the North 66.00 feet thereof.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 201.11 feet of the East
175.00 feet.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon the following
condition:
That any air conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded
from view from abutting streets.
SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the
same is hereFy amended, and the property above described shall
be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and
incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above
set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adop-
ted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a
sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing
the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this or3inance and shall cause the same to be printed
once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the
Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed,
published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days
from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be
in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
