AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COLT=IL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT-.
WHEREAS,, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. _210_4 _

commending an amendment to Title 18 of the F`a`F`=im =unic=pacode
and a change or charges in the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and describedS, after having held a public
hearing thereon .� -in the marxner and as prescribed in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change
or changes of zone or zones, and after having received evidence
and reports from persons in.rerested therein,- and
WBETREAS, said City PI&Mr.ing Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its bearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zo',:�es as set forth in said resolutiono, and
WHEREAS,, upon, receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary s.f wnd re--cm.-riendatior., of the City

Title 18 of the Ana)hetm Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and �,lace fixed for said public
hearing, the City Cr-unc-A".1 did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation, of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution(s) No,,"'s) 66R-144

resolution(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 66g_14.4
certain conditions and requirements were
made as con&Illons precedent to the making of a change or changes
of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION to
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows. -

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The North half of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter of Sedtion 27, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de
Santa Ana, in the City of Anaheim, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in book 51, page 10, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE-FA14ILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Afiaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
