AN ORDINANCE OF TETE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MLrNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT..
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 2p87__
C 965-66 in Reclassification No. 65-66-117 , re-
commending an aT i.
dment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipa Code
and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a public
hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Cods to consider such proposed change
or changes of zot�,.e or zones, and alter having received evidence
and reports from persons interested therein.; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as .set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of ev-idance and recommendatior of the City
Planning Commission, the Cite Clerk did fix the 26th day of
l , as the time, and the CounciF. Camber in
City H of the City of Anaheim as the place, for a. public
hearing upon, said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or zones, and
did give notice thereof in the ;manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS,, at tine time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the Cite Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendatio.,in, of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution(s) Nc.-;s) 66R-518 ,
finding and deterrnisr�ini g that `Title 18 of the naheim Municipa
Code should be amended and that a. change or changes in the bound-
aries of said zorn, or zones should be made as set forth in said
resolution(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 66R-518
, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes
of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows..

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
That portion of the southwest quarter of the southeast
quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Mange 11 West,
in Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 51,
page 11 of Miscellaneous Naps, in the Office of the
County Recorder, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of the south
boundary of Tract 2775, 330.00 feet east of the center
line of Dale Street; thence South 00 12' 15,' East,
320.66 feet; thence N. 890 40' 43" East, 734.53 feet;
thence North 00 13' 03" West, 320.66 feet to the south
boundary of Tract 2775, thence Southwest along the
south boundary of Tract 2775 to the point of beginning.
now is C-1, GENERAL COUVIERCIAL ZONE, and that it be changed to
and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon
the following conditions:
1. That the owner of subject property shall
pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per dwelling
unit, to be used for park and recreation purposes, said
amount to be paid at the time the building permit is
issued.
2. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view from abutting streets, prior to
final building inspection.
3. That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans and specifications
on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibits Nos.
1, 2 and 3.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Nap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
