AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT-,
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 2016
Series 1365-66 it Reclassification No. 65_.66--102- , re-
commending an amendment to Title 18 of the na.. ei,m Munici-p—aT Code
and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described', after having held a public
hearing thereon, in the manner and as prescribed in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal, Code to consider such proposed change
or changes of zone or zones, and after having received evidence
and reports from persons interested therein,-, and
WHEREAS., said City Plannl'ing Commission did mare find-
ings and summaries of its 'h.ear ng and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution -,and
WHEREAS, upon, receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary ci ev-_d(euce and recommendation of the City

hearing upon said proposed amendment-, to Title 18 of the Anaheim

WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed, for said public
hearing, the Cite Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendatio-ini of the Cite Planning Commission,
and did adout Resolution(s) No., �;S) 664---390 ,

WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW,, THEREFORE,, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
