WHEREAS., in accordance with said Resclutioni(s) 66R-170
certain conditions and requirements were

changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COV,NXIli OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION to
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows.-

The Easterly 520 feet of the North 25 acres of the South 30
acres of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of
Section 7, in Township 4 South, Range 9 West, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of the Southwest quarter
of the Northwest quarter of Section 7, in Township 4 South,
Range 9 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the Rancho
San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northwest quarter
of said Section 7, and running thence Northerly along the
Westerly line of said Section 378.25 feet; thence Easterly
parallel with the Southerly line of the North 25 acres of the
South 30 acres of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of said Section 7, 190.30 feet to the true point of
beginning of the boundary of the pumping plant site described
herein; thence continuing Easterly, along said last described
line 42 feet; thence Northerly parallel with the Westerly
line of said Section 7, 16.40 feet; thence westerly parallel
with the Southerly line of the North 25 acres of the South 30
acres of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of
said Section 7, 42 feet; thence Southerly parallel with the
Westerly line of said Section 7, 16.40 feet to the true point
of beginning.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in R-1, ONZ-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
