2311ORDINAl':CE NtO. 2311 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AITAHE I M AMENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 3.56; TITLE 6, CHAPTER 6.20, SECTION 6.20.010, AND TITLE 6, CHAPTER 6.21, SECTION? 6 .21. 010 OF Tll-E ANAHEIM T,IUNICIPAL CODE. THE CITY COUICIL OF THF, CITY OF ANAHEI" DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 3, Chapter 3.56 of the Anaheim 11unicipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto Section 3.56.040 reading as follows: ''SECTIOia 3.56.040 "Every person conducting, managing or carrying on the business of Construction and wilding Debris Hauler shall pay an annual license of Fifty Dollars ($50.00). .For the purpose of this section, the tern: 'Construction and wilding Debris Hauler' is defined to be any person engaged in the business of hauling waste material result- ing from any ?wilding or construction operation. The license fee imposed on any person conducting the busi- ness of Construction and Building Debris=_auler shall be in lieu of all other taxes and licenses imposed by this Title." SECTION? 2. That Title 6, Chapter 6.20, Section 6.20.010 of the Anaheim Tlunicipal Code be and the same is saereby amended by amending the definition of WASTE 'ATERIAL to read as follows: "SECTI0N 6.20 . C10 DEF ILUTION1S . WASTE I.?ATERIAL shall mean and include broken crockery, broken glass, ashes, cinders, shells, bottles, tin cans, metals, and other similar noncombustible waste materials resulting from the operation of a household, but shall not include discarded automobile or truck bodies, nor waste material resulting from any building or construction operation. SECTIO -1-11'.11 3. That Title 6, Chapter 6.21, Section 6.21.010 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended by amending the definition of TASTE T^ATERIAL to read as follows: "SECTIOP7 6.21.010 OEFI TITIODTS . "?ASTE _r,ATERIAL shall mean and include broken crockery, broken glass, ashes, cinders, shells, bottles, tin cans, metals and other similar noncombustible waste Materials resulting from the operation of a household, but shall not include discarded automobile or truck bodies, nor waste material resulting from any building or construction operation . `� SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the 1 -Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
