2310ORDINANCE NO. 2310 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 3.04, SECTION 3.04.050 AND TITLE 4, CHAPTER 4.52, SECTION 4.52.070 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That Title 3, Chapter 3.04, Section 3.04.050 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended by adding the following thereto as a fourth paragraph: "Section 3.04.050 . . . . . . . "Nothing contained in this Chapter shall be construed to require any person nineteen years of age, or under, and enrolled as a full-time student in any public or private elementary or high school, to obtain a license pursuant to this Chapter, provided, he has no employee or employees working for him." SECTION 2: That Title 4, Chapter 4.52, Section 4.52.080 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by adding the following paragraphs at the end of said Section: "Section 4.52.070 . . . . . . . "Nothing contained in this section shall be construed to require a certificate of identification to be obtained by any person licensed pursuant to any law of the State of California which law requires that said person be identi- fied by means of fingerprints on file with the State of California, Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investi- gation, and which law of the State of California provides that no such license shall be issued to any person whose record reveals a conviction of any felony or any crime involving moral turpitude, provided, however, that such person shall at all times have on his person, and in his immediate possession, such license issued pursuant to said laws of the State of California. "Nothing contained in this section shall be construed to require a certificate of identification to be obtained by any person nineteen years of age, or under, who is enrolled as a full-time student in any public or private elementary or high school, and who has resided within the City of Anaheim for at least six (6) months immediately preceding the time said person is required to obtain a certificate of identification pursuant to this Section." -1- SECTION 3: �. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
