AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1888 --
Series 1965.66 iri Reclassification No, 65--66-63 , re®
commen2ing 2in—arpindi.rient to Title 18 of th-e-Kn'aheim Municipal Code
and a change or charges in the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a public
hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change
or changes of zon.e or zones, and after having received evidence
and reports from persons ir.rerested therein,; and
WHEREAS,, said City Planing Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution-, and
WHEREAS, upon receipt cf said resolution-,,, report of
findings, summary ci evi'derce and reccmmendat ion of the City

hearing upon said proposed amendment tc, Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code ar,.d said change or ckkanges of zone or zones, and
did give notice thereof in the manner wrd as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS;, at tine time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adout Resolution(s) No. "s) 66R-71

Code should be amended and that a change or -hanges in the bound-
aries of said zori.e or zones should be made as set forth in said
resolution(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 66R-71
. certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes
of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with as to the
property hereinafter described:
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION to
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows-.

That portion of Lot 9 of a replat of the "Orchard Park
Tract," in the City of Anaheim, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 7, page 6 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County, described as.fpllowsa
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 9, sai�' point
being in the monumented center line of Harbor Boulevard
(formerly Palm Street), and running thence easterly along
the northerly line of said lot, 179.75 feet; thence
southerly parallel with said center line of Palm. Street,
120 feet; thence westerly parallel with said northerly
line, 179.75 feet to said center line; thence northerly
along said center line 120 feet to the point of beginning.

to and incorporated in C-0, COTLMERCIAL OFFICE ZONE, upon the
following condition.
That plans for any development of subject property
shall be submitted to the City Council for approval.
SECTION 2:
The City Zoning M-ap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described spall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Tap as amended is hereby adopted and the Citv
=engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning nap showing, the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTIOr, 3:
The Citv Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in _full force.
TATE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of July 1966.

duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council
held on the 12th day of July, 1966, by the following vote of the
members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Schutte
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2308 on the 12th
day of July, 1966.
