AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 17, CHAPTER 17.08,
SECTION 17.08.100 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 17, Chapter 17.08, Section 17.08.100 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended
to read as follows:
"SECTION 17.08.100 LOTS
"(a) Lot areas shall be such as will conform to the
standards of development as defined in Title 18
of this Code, entitled 'Zoning,' or by other
official plans adopted pursuant to law.
"(b) Lots having no frontage on a public street may
be cause for disapproval of a subdivision.
"(c) The width of lots shall be such as will conform
to standards of development as defined in Title 18
of this Code, entitled 'Zoning,' or by other
official plans adopted pursuant to law. Residen-
tial reversed corner lots shall have a minimum
— width of seventy-eight and one-half (78.5) feet
except in the R-2 and R-3 Zones where single-
family 50 -foot lots are proposed. Reverse corner
lots in the R-0 Zone shall require a minimum
width of ninety-seven (97) feet. The minimum
width of odd -shaped lots shall be subject to in-
dividual determination by the City."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of July, 1966.
