SECTION to That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound- aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as follows. - '5 -66-91 That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to ,Jit: That portion of the 'Last one-half of the Northwest quar- ter of the Northwest quarter of Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the City of Anaheim, as said section is shown on a map recorded in book 51, page 11, Miscellaneous I -laps, records of said Orange County, des- cribed as follows: Beginning at a point in the North line of said Section 23, which is distant Easterly, measured along said North line, 663.12 feet from the Northwest corner of said Sec- tion 23, and running thence from said point of beginning, Easterly, along said North line of said Section 23, a distance of 238.10 feet; thence Southerly, parallel with the West line of the East one-half of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 23, a distance of 864.75 feet to a point in the Northeasterly line of the right of way of the Pacific Electric 11ailway; thence Northwesterly, along said Northeasterly right of way line, 297.35 feet to a point in the West line of said East one-half of the Northwest one-quarter of the North- west one-quarter of said Section 23; thence Northerly along said T -?est line, 685.75 feet to the point of begin- ning. now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions. 1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior to final building inspection. 2. That fire hydrants shall be installed as re- quired and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department, said fire hydrants to be installed prior to final building inspection. SECTION 2.
