AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1260

commen ing an amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
and a charge or changes in, the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described,) after having held a public
hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said Title 18
of the Anaheim 1�kvicipal Code to consider such proposed change
or changes of zox))e or zones, and a.fter having received evidence
and reports from persons interested therein,- and
WHEREAS,, said City Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of' its '.,raearing and did recommend a change or

Title 18 of the Anahein Municipal Code, and
WHEREAS, at time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City., Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give a11 persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendations. of the City Planning Commission,

Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the bound-
aries of said, or zones should be made as set forth in said
resolution(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 66-q-246
. certain conditions and requirements were
made as conai=ioiTs--precedernt to the making of a change or changes
of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS-.
SECTION to
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows. -

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to ,Jit:
That portion of the 'Last one-half of the Northwest quar-
ter of the Northwest quarter of Section 23, Township 4
South, Range 11 West, in the City of Anaheim, as said
section is shown on a map recorded in book 51, page 11,
Miscellaneous I -laps, records of said Orange County, des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North line of said Section
23, which is distant Easterly, measured along said North
line, 663.12 feet from the Northwest corner of said Sec-
tion 23, and running thence from said point of beginning,
Easterly, along said North line of said Section 23, a
distance of 238.10 feet; thence Southerly, parallel with
the West line of the East one-half of the Northwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 23, a
distance of 864.75 feet to a point in the Northeasterly
line of the right of way of the Pacific Electric 11ailway;
thence Northwesterly, along said Northeasterly right of
way line, 297.35 feet to a point in the West line of said
East one-half of the Northwest one-quarter of the North-
west one-quarter of said Section 23; thence Northerly
along said T -?est line, 685.75 feet to the point of begin-
ning.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to
and incorporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon the
following conditions.
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided
in accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of
the Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets,
prior to final building inspection.
2. That fire hydrants shall be installed as re-
quired and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the
Fire Department, said fire hydrants to be installed prior
to final building inspection.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is not7 situated, and incorporated
in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth,
