2299AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution Nov 1888 --
Series 1965-66 ir. Reclassification No. 65-66-63, re-
commending sn amindment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipa Code
and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned) and described, after having held a public
hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Cads to consider such proposed change
or changes of zot��e or zones, and after having received evidence
and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS" said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forty in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon. receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of ev�,denc.e and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did f.ix the 25th day of
Jan 1G° 66 _� as the time, and the Council C amber in
the City Ha of T°. e 6ity of Anaheim as the place, for a public
hearing upon, said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code ar,.d said charge or changes of zc;ne or zones, and
did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adoot Resolution(s) No,"s) ,
finding arnd daternibrin g that Title 18 of the Ana�ae7m Munic pa
Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the bound-
aries of said zoo: or zones should be made as set forth in said
resolution(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 66R-71
, certain conditions and requirements were
made as con itions precedent to the making of a change or changes
of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with as to the
property hereinafter described;
NOW,, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 10
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:

Lot 36 of Tract,1392:, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 42, pages 25 and 26 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California.. -
now is R-1:, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in C -O, COMMERCIAL OFFICE ZONE, upon the
following condition:
That plans for any development of the C -O, Commercial
Office Zone, propertyshallbe submitted to the City
Council for approval.
SECTION 2:
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3:
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
