AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE, &NAHEI,M MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT -
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 278--
Ser*e61-62____in. ReO.lassitication No. 61-62-92 , re-
commending an

and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned a�%d described, after having held a public

WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 62R-446,
65R-799 & 66R-383 �, certain conditions and requirements were
ma a as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes
of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW., THEREFORE,; THE CITY COLTNNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 10
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound=
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows-.

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
PARCEL 1:
Tnortherly 150.00 feet of the southerly 190.00 feet of the
westerly 152.00 feet of the west half of the west half of the
southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 7,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as
said section is shown on a map recorded in Book 51, page 10
of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County.
EXCEPT that portion thereof described as follows: Beginning
at a point on the north line of the south 40.00 feet of said
Section 7, distant easterly along said line 60.00 feet from
the west line of said southwest quarter; thence westerly
along said north line to said west line; thence northerly
along said west line to a line which is parallel with and
northerly 20.00 feet, measured at right angles, from said
north line; thence easterly along said parallel line 40.00
feet; thence southeasterly in a direct line to the point of
beginning.
PARCEL 2:
The southerly 307.00 feet of the west half of the west half
of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section
7, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, ;Mate of California, as
said section is shown on a map recorded in Book 51, page 10
of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County.
EXCEPT the southerly 40.00 feet thereof.
ALSO EXCEPT the northerly 150.00 feet of the southerly 190.00
feet of the westerly 182.00 feet thereof.
PARCEL 3:
'That portion of the west half of the west half of the south-
west quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 7, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, Mate of California, as said
section is shown on a map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County, bounded northerly by the southerly line of
the southerly 2 acres of the northwest quarter of the west
half of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of
said section and bounded southerly by the northerly line of
the southerly 307.00 feet of said southeast quarter.
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it be changed
to and incorporated in the following zones upon the conditions
hereinafter set forth:
That Parcel 1, above described, be changed to C-1, GENERAL
COMMERCIAL ZONE;
That Parcel 2, above described, be changed to C-1, GENERAL
COMMERCIAL ZONE; and
That Parcel 3, above described, be changed to R-3, MULTIPLE -
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONEI

subject to the following conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the
Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior
to final building inspection.
2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per dwelling unit, to be
used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid
at the time the building permit is issued.
3. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view from abutting streets, prior to
final building inspection.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 28th day of June , 1966 .
