AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT-.
WHEREAS, the C-1-ty Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1975
Series 1965-66---ir, Reclassification No, __Tn,�6-5-n-OA-�_ , re-
commending ;n amendmient to Title 18 of the neim Municipal Code
and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones

WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolition(s)-66R-306

WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW,, THEREFORE. THE CITY CO'L%1,TCI'!__1 OF THE CITY. OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, imended.by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
The Northerly 150.00 feet of the southerly 190.00 feet of
the westerly 203.00 feet of section 7, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, city of Anaheim,
county of Orange, state of California, as per map recorded
in book 51 page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of
the county recorder of said county.
EXCEPT that portion thereof described as follows: Begin-
ning at the intersection of the northerly line of the
southerly 40.00 feet of said section with the easterly line
of the westerly 40.00 feet of said section; thence westerly
40.00 feet to the westerly line of said section; thence
northerly 10.00 feet along last said westerly line to the
northerly line of the southerly 50.00 feet of said section;
thence easterly 30.00 feet along last said parallel line;
thence southeasterly in a direct line to the point of
beginning.
Said land is included within the area shown on a map filed
in book 7 page 49 of Record of Surveys, in the office of
said county recorder.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon the follow-
ing oondit ions :
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the
Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior
to final building inspection.
2. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required
and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Depart-
ment, said fire hydrants to be installed prior to final
building inspection.
3. That any air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view from abutting streets.
4. That subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with City of Anaheim Service Station
Minimum Site Development Standards.
5. That subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with plans and specifications on
file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibits Nos. 1, 2 and
3, and the colored rendering submitted by the petitioners and
on file with the City.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within

fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
