2295ORDINANCE NO. 2295
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18, CHAPTER 18.64,
SECTION 18.64.020 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, WITH REFERENCE TO
CONDITIONAL USES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
That Title 18, Chapter 18.64, Section 18.64.020,
Paragraph (3) of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same
is hereby amended by deleting from Paragraph (3) Subparagraph
(b) Ambulances and ambulance services.
SECTION 2:
That Title 18, Chapter 18.64, Section 18.64.020,
Paragraph (2) of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same
is hereby amended by adding to Paragraph (2) Subparagraph (e),
reading as follows:
"(e) Ambulances and ambulance services with
or without attendant living quarters."
SECTION 3:
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 21st day of June , 1966.

City Council held on the 21st day of June, 1966, by the

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2295 on the 21st
day of June, 1966.
