AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1888 --
Series 1965-66 ir Reclassification. No, 65-66-63 . re-
commending a._r_a,mRindment to Title 18 of' the --Anaheim—Municipal Code
and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned, &-rad described,) after having held a public
hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Munt-c-ipal Code to consider such proposed change
or changes of m.e or Zones, a-nd .iter having received evidence

WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 66R-71_
certain conditions and requirements were

of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been, complied with as to the
property hereinafter described;
NOW,, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
65-66-63-!.
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
The North 211.41 feet of the East 271.2 feet measured
from the center line of Harbor Boulevard (Palm Street),
of Lot 6 of Orchard Park Tract, in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a
map thereof recorded in book 6, page 48 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California,
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-0, COMMERCIAL OFFICE ZONE, upon the follow-
ing condition:
That plans for any development of the C-0, Commercial
Office Zone, property shall be submitted to the City
Council for approval.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
me this 14th day of June, 1966.
