AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1516 IN RECLASSIFICATION
PROCEEDINGS NO. F-59-60-103.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on November 1, 1960,
adopt Ordinance No. 1516 in Reclassification Proceedings
No. F-59-60-103 changing the property or area therein described
from R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD
-COMMERCIAL ZONE and C-3, HEAVY -COMMERCIAL ZONE, as more
particularly set forth in said ordinance, and subject to certain
conditions enumerated therein; and
follows:
WHEREAS, Condition No. 1 of said Ordinance reads as
"1. That subject property be landscaped in
accordance with the revised plans dated
July 26, 1960, marked "Exhibit A," signed
by Cyrus J. Doherty, Jr. and Morgan Adams,
Jr. and on file with the City of Anaheim;
and that the planting and improvements be
done under the supervision and in accordance
with the specifications of the Parkway
Maintenance Department of the City of
Anaheim."
AND WHEREAS, since the adoption of said Ordinance,
site development standards have been adopted by the City for
various zones, specifying the area required to be landscaped,
and the City Council finds that said Condition No. 1 should,
therefore, be deleted from Ordinance No. 1516.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 1516 in Reclassification Proceedings
No. F-59-60-103 be, and the same is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom Condition No. 1.
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
