AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT -
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1991 --
Series 1965-66 inn Reclassification No, 65-66-99 , re-
commending an iir +ndment to Title 18 of the natiei.m Municipal Code
and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described,) after having held a public
hearing thereon, in the Tw anr;lier and as prescribed in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Mur,�,icipal Code to consider such proposed change
or changes of zor:�,e or zones, and 31ter hawing received evidence
and reports from persons ir,,t:erested therein and

WHEREAS„ at the time and �- l ace fixed for said public

ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon. consider the recommendation. of the City Planning Commission,

WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 66R-328
, certain conditions and requirements were

of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TU_ CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS,
SECTION 10
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows-.

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
That portion of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter
of section 11, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, city of Anaheim, county of Orange, state of Cali-
fornia, as per map recorded in book 51 page 11 of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said county,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southerly line of said section,
westerly 55.00 feet from the southeast corner of said section;
thence North 0° 11' 10" West 612.23 feet parallel with the
East line of said section to thebeginning of a curve concave
westerly having a radius of 2472.00 feet; thence northerly
along said curve to a line parallel with and northerly 150.00
feet from the South line of the northeast quarter of said south-
east quarter of the southeast quarter; being the true point of
beginning; thence westerly 165.00 feet along said parallel
line; thence southerly,150.00 feet, at right angles to the South
line of said northeast quarter to last said South line; thence
easterly along said South line to that certain curve described
above; thence northerly along said curve to the true point of
beginning.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and in-
corporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon the following
condition:
That any air conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view from abutting streets.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be
added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved
and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by

same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 31st day of May, 1966, by the following

ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
