AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 1.8 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT.-
WHEREAS,
HAT.,
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No, 1963--
SeraLes 1965--66 in Reclassification No-, 65-66-92 , re-
commendng an imndment to Title 18 of th_e_A_n_`aFeimMunicipa1 Code
and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described,, after having held a public
hearing thereon: in the manner and as prescribed in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change
or changes of zone or zones, and after having received evidence
and reports from persons in.t.erested therein and
WHEREAS said City Fls:nning Commission did mane find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zo:nes as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS upon, receipt of .said resolution, report of
findings, summary cf wnd recommendation of the City
Planning C'o imission, the City Clerk did fix the 29th day of

hearing upon, said proposed amendment to -Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and said change or changes of zc>ne or zones, and
did give notice thereof in the manner wnd as provided in. said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code -,and
WHEREASy at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the Cite Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons itaterested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation. of the Cite Planning Commission,
and did adorn Resolution(s) No,"s) 66R-229 ,
finding and ficin_, g that `Title 18uof te Anaheim Municipal
Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the bound-
aries of said, zone or zones should be made as set forth in said
resolution(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s)
66R-229 �, certain conditions and requirements were
made as con pions precedent to the making of a change or changes
of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW,, THEREFORE,) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS.,
SECTION to
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows.,

All that area known as the Rinker Annexation, situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, and
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the existing City Limit line of
the City of Anaheim, being the most Northeast corner of
the Northeast Annexation No. 3 to the City of Anaheim,
passed by Ordinance No. 1542, January 17, 1961, filed with
the Secretary of State July 10, 1964 and recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder of Official Records of Orange
County, California, July 17, 1964; thence
Leaving the said existing City of Anaheim City Limit line
along a portion of the North line of the land designated as
Bernardo M. Yorba, Jr., et al., shown on a Map of Survey
filed in Book 53, page 44 of Record of Surveys in the Office
of the County Recorder of said Orange County, California,
the following courses and distances: North 75° 09' 40" East
394.21 feet, North 75° 49' 14" East 997.45 feet to the
Northwest corner of Parcel No. 2 of that certain parcel of
land conveyed to the Placentia Unified School District of
Orange County, California by Final Order of Condemnation
recorded April 18, 1963 in Book 6514, pages 183 and 184
of Official Records of Orange County, California; thence
Following along the Westerly and Southerly boundary of the
land conveyed to said School District the following courses
and distances: South 51 34' 21" West 595.53 feet, South
84° 25' 39" East 307.82 feet to the Southeast corner of
the parcel of land conveyed to said School District; thence
Leaving the land conveyed to said School District South
120 19' 00" East 226 feet, more or less, to an intersection
with the Southerly line of the aforementioned parcel of
land designated Bernardo M. Yorba, Jr., et al, shown on the
aforementioned Record of Survey filed in Book 53, page 44
of Record of Surveys in the Office of the County Recorder
of said Orange County, California; thence
North 840 25' 39" test 1,589 feet, more or less, along a
portion of the Southerly line of the said land of Bernardo M.
Yorba, Jr., et al., to the Southwesterly corner thereof,
said Southwesterly corner being a point in the existing City
of Anaheim City Limit line, as established by the afore-
mentioned Northeast Annexation No. 3, said point being distant
South 100 56' 03" East 350.41 feet from the point of
beginning of the area herein described; thence
North 10° 56' 03" West 350.41 feet along a portion of said
existing City of Anaheim City Limit line, also being the
westerly line of the land of said Bernardo 1-1. Yorba, Jr.,
et al., to the point of beginning.
now is County A-1 and A-1(0) Zones, and that it be changed to
and incorporated in R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
