WHEREAS,, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 263-- Seri ir. That said change of zones shall be made upon the following conditions; 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owners of the property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed. 3. That all plans for development of the property shall be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Control Committee on the basis of compatibility of development, both structurally and architecturally. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin MCC a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
