TITLE 1.8 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING

WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resclation.(s) 66R-226
certain conditions and requirements were

of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with
NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COLNC1.1, OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS

SECTION 1
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound®
arses of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows°

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
The South 173 feet of East 220 feet of the Northeast quarter
of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section
7, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and
Meridian.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated
in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth,
and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the
City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning
map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes
hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by

of Anaheim held on the 19th day of April, 1966, and that the
same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said
City CQuncil held on the 26th day of April, 1966, by the
following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Pebley, Schutte, Chandler and Krein.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2276 on the 26th
day of April, 1966.
