AN, ORD0ANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS,, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1964 --
Series 1965_-66 in Reclassification leo, 65-66-93 , rem

NOW THEREFORE,,; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY' OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION to
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows-

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
That portion of land located in the County of Orange, State
of California, being a portion of that certain land allotted
to the Heirs of Leandro Serrano per map of partition of the
Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, recorded in Book B of Judgments
of the 17th Judicial District Court, Los Angeles County,
California, also being that certain land described in "Parcel
Five" in the deed to the City of Anaheim, a municipal
corporation, recorded November 19, 1964 in Book 7309, page
766 of Official Records of said County, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 6, Township 4
South, Range 8 West, S.B.B.& M., as shown on a Map filed in
Book ll, page 39 of Record of Surveys in the office of the
County Recorder of said Orange County; thence East along a
portion of the North line of said Section 2828.59 feet to
a point; thence South 130 38' 00" East, 3002.70 feet to a
one -inch iron pipe tagged "L.S. 2210" at the Northeasterly
terminus of that certain course shown as North 550 12' 00"
East 1521.37 feet on said Record of Survey Map, said course
being in the boundary of the parcel of land described in

now is Al, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE (County Zoning), and
that it be changed to and incorporated in R -A, AGRICULTURAL
ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
