AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE.RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT-.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution Nov -I-,gq
Series -�� in Reclassification No. -6 - ,
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim municipal

Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed,.in.said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the ipday of

ppublic hearing uporn said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or
zones, and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided
in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City planning Commissions
and did adopt Resolution (s) No. (s)... - , finding
and determining that Title 18 of theAnaheim un cpCode
should be amended and that a change or changes in tine boundaries
of said sone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion (s)y and

WREREAS; all conditions precedernt to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows,

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
That portion of t1n south half of the northeast quarter
of the northeast quarter of section 15, township�4 south,
Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Ana-
heim, County of Orange, State of California, as per map
recorded in book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps in the
office of the county recorder of said county, described
as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said south half;
thence West 330.00 feet along the South line of said south
half; thence North 264.00 feet parallel with the Last line
of said south half; thence East 330.00 feet parallel with
said South line; thence South 264.00 feet to the point
of beginning.

accordance with plans and specifications on file with the
City of Anaheim, marked Exhibits Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City En-
gineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to
be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force,

same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 29th day of March, 1966, by the

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
