AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1863 --
Series 1965-66 in Reclassification No. 65-66-56 ,
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of tE_e_n�eim Municipal
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 14th day ofi
December 19 65 , as the time, and the Councamber in
t e1ty Haa ofR_e _City of Anaheim as the place, for a public
hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or zones, and
did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportu-
nity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did
thereupon consider the recommendation of the City Planning
Commission, and did adopt Resolution(s) No.(s) 65R-931
finding and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the
boundaries of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in
said resolution(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 65R-931
certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
That portion of lot 15 of Anaheim Extension, in the city of
Anaheim, county of Orange, state of California, as shown on
a map of survey made by William Hamel and filed in the office
of the county recorder of Los Angeles County, California,
a copy of which is shown in book 3 page 163, et seq., en-
titled "Los Angeles County Maps", in the office of the county
recorder of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the northwesterly line of
said lot with the northwesterly prolongation of the most
southwesterly line of Tract No. 3371, as per map recorded
in book 118 page 23 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office
of the county recorder of said Orange County; thence South
740 36' 05" West 811.71 feet along said northwesterly line
to the northwesterly corner of said lot; thence South 15
22' 55" East 538.56 feet along the southwesterly line of
said lot to the most northwesterly corner of Tract No. 2368,
as per map recorded in book 65 page 39 of said Miscellaneous
Maps; thence North 74° 36' 05" East 811.86 feet along the
northwesterly line of said Tract No. 2368 and along the
northwesterly line of Tract No. 1254, as per map recorded
in book 47 page 36 of said Miscellaneous Maps, to the most
southwesterly line of said Tract No. 3371; thence North 15°
23' 51" West 538.50 feet along last said southwesterly line
and its northwesterly prolongation to the point of beginning.
now is R-0, ONE -FAMILY SUBURBAN ZONE and R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESI-
DENTIAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in
R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated
in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth,
and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the
City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning
map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes
hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
