AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RENTING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TUE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1874 -
Series 1965-66 in Reclassification leo. 65-66-58
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of the eim Munl�c-mal
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 21 t day of
December , 19 65 , as the time, and the Counc amber in
tWe—Tity Hall of 'tom -City of Anaheim as the place, for a public
hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or zones, and
did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportu-
nity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did
thereupon consider the recommendation of the City Planning
Commission, and did adopt Resolution(s) No.(s)_ -
finding and determining that Title 18 of the Ana e mMunicipaly
Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the
boundaries of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in
said resolution(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 65R-935
, certain conditions and requirements wermade
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
That portion of land lying within the City boundary lines
as described in the City of Anaheim 'Northeast Annexation
No. 3", passed by City Ordinance No. 1542, and filed with
the Secretary of State, July 10, 1964, lying Northerly of
the following described line:
Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of that portion
of that certain tract of first class land situated in the
Rancho Canon de Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, containing fifty-seven (57) acres, marked Romona
de la Gurra upon the map showing partition of M. Yorba
estate, filed in Book 1, page 27 of Licensed Surveyor's
Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange
County, distant Northerly along said Westerly line North
03° 53i 9" East, 1,004.09 feet from the Southwesterly corner
thereof; thence North 810 09' 01" East, 751.99 feet; thence
Easterly, North 75° 09' 10" East to point of intersection
thereof with the most Easterly line of said 57 acre tract.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in R -A (0), AGRICULTURAL (OIL) ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated
in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth,
and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the
City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning
map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes
hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
me this 25th day of January , 1966 .
