AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1867
Series 1965-66 in Reclassification No. 65-66-61 ,
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of the na e m Municipal
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 14th day of
December , 19 65 , as the time, and the Counc��"�iamber in
the City Hall of the -City of Anaheim as the place, for a public
hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or zones, and
did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportu-
nity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did
thereupon consider the recommendation of the City Planning
Commission, and did adopt Resolution(s) No (s) ,
finding and determining that Title 18 of the Anahelmm as
Code a�iould be amended and that a change or changes in the
boundaries of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in
said resolution(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s).
certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
PARCEL ONE: The Southerly 113 feet of Lot 26 of Anaheim
Extension, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, as shown on a Map of Survey made by William
Hamel and filed in the office of the County Recorder of Los
Angeles County, California, a copy of which is shown in
Book 3, pages 163 et seq., entitled "Los Angeles County Maps,"
in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM those portions lying within the right of
way of Anaheim Boulevard, Ball Road and Lemon Street.
PARCEL TWO: That portion of Lot 26 of Anaheim Extension,
in theCi y of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as shown on a Map of Survey made by William Hamel and filed
in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
California, a copy of which is shown in Book 3, pages 163
et seq, entitled "Los Angeles County Maps,'' in the office
of the County Recorder of said Orange County, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 26; thence
North 15 23' 45" West, 211.89 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence North 74° 20' 15" East, 47 feet- thence
South 150 23' 45" East, 110 feet; thence South 89a 55' 15"
West, 49 feet, more or less to the Westerly line of said
Lot 26; thence North 150 23; 45" West, 97 feet, more or less,
to the true point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying within the right of
way of Lemon Street.
now is P -L, PARKING -LANDSCAPING ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon the
following conditions:
1. That the owners of subject property shall deed
to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 53 feet in width from
the center line of the street, along Ball Road and Anaheim
Boulevard, including a 25 -foot radius corner return, for street
widening purposes.
2. That the owners of subject property shall deed
to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 32 feet in width from
the center line of the street, along Lemon Street, including
a 15 -foot radius corner return at Ball Road, for street widen-
ing purposes.
3. That sidewalks shall be installed along Ball
Road and Lemon Streets, as required by the City Engineer and
in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file
in the office of the City Engineer, prior to final building
inspection.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the
Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior
to final building inspection.
5. That Conditions 1 and 2 above-mentioned shall be
complied with prior to the issuance of a building permit.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
