AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT. -
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1320 --
Series 1964-65 in Reclassification No. 64-65-21 ,
recommending menial of a change in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change of
zone or zones and after having received evidence and reports from
persons interested therein and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make findings,
and a summary of its hearing, and did recommend denial of a change
of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recon.mendation of the City
Planning Commission the City Clerk did fix the 6th day of
October �, 1.9 64 as the time, and the Council. Chamber
i,n Mem ` H -a f th, City of Anaheim as the place, for a public
hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones, and did
give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing
and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did thereupon
consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission, and
did adopt. Resolution(s) Noo(s) 64R-727 and 65R-669 , finding and
determining that Title 18 of t e aFieim Municipal Code should
be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries of said
zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolution(s);
and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said resolution(s), certain
conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to
the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS. -
SECTION to
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows.-

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of the Southeast quarter of Section 8, Town-
ship 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de
Santa Ana, in the City of Anaheim,County of Orange, State
of California, as shown on a map thereof, recorded in
Book 51, page 10, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the South line of said
Section 8 with the Southerly prolongation of that certain
course in the Westerly line of Crescent Way, as described
in Parcel 2 in the deed to the City of Anaheim, recorded
in Book 4089, page 397, Official Records, records of said
county as having a bearing of North 00 08' 37" West, and
a length of 1942.14 feet; thence North 0° 08' 37" West,
along said prolongation and along said Westerly line,
1237.14 feet; thence North 890 37' 25" West 354.02 feet
to a line parallel with the East line of Muller Avenue
as described in Parcel 1 of said deed, and distant Easterly
450.00 feet therefrom, measured at right angles; thence
North 00 02' 24" West, along said parallel line 250.00
feet to the true point of beginning; thence North 89° 37' 25"
West 450.01 feet to said Easterly line; thence South
0° 02' 24" East along said Easterly line 580.80 feet;
thence South 89a 37' 25" East 450.01 feet to said parallel
line; thence North 00 02' 24" West, along said parallel
line, 580.80 feet to the true point of beginning.
now is M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, and that it be changed to
and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon
the following conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the
Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior
to final building inspection.
2. That the owner of subject property shall pay
to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per dwelling unit to
be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be
paid at the time the building permit is issued.

The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.

SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
