AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MIRNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT-.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Coffmission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1246
agjZigo 1 '4-65 _ , in Reclassification No. 64-65-1
recommending denial of a change in the boun ares of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change of
zone or zones, and after having received evidence and reports from
persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning CoTmission did make findings,
and a summary of its hearing, and did recommend denial of a change
of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of eviden— e and recommendation of the City
Planning Commissicn" the City Clerk did fix the 11111 day of
Au -us t $ 19 - 64 T— , as the time.,, and the 'Council Chamber
in the City H --a the, City of Anaheim as the place, for a public
hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones, and did
give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS;, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing
and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did thereupon
consider the reconmendation of the City Planning Commission, and
did adopt Resolution(s) Neo(s)6 �R - 5 9 0' , finding and
determining that Title 18 of t'Se—Ana h—eim-7—Municipall de should
be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries of said
zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolution(s);
and
'WHEREAS, in accordance with said resolution(s), certain
conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to
the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or, zones have been complied with;
NOW., THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows.-

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
PARCEL 1:
That portion of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 15, in Township 4 South, Range 11
i4est, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, in the City of Anaheim,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 51, page 11,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County;
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Northeast
quarter of the Southeast cuarter of the Northeast
quarter of said Section 15, trience ',,Jesterly 495 feet
along the Southerly boundary thereof; -thence North
88 feet; thence East 495 feet and parallel to the
Southerly boundary of the Northeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter oi' the Northeast quarter; thence
South 88 feet to the point of beginning;
PARCEL 2:
That portion of Northeast quarter of Section 15,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los
Coyotes, in the City of Anaheim, as per map thereof
recorded in book 51, page 11, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point North 88.00 feet from the South-
east corner of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast
ouarter of said Northeast quarter; thence West 495.00
feet parallel with the South line of said Northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter; thence North 88.00 feet; thence East 495.00
feet parallel With. S, -Rid South line to the East line
of said Section; thence Sou-L'.Li 68.00 feet to the point
of beginning.

c1lan6-cd to and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City e'oninS Map shall be, and tne same is hereby,

amended, and the property above described shall be e.r.cluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incor-oorated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be
added to the City Zoning Map showin-, the changes hereby approved
and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certif-.�,�- to the passage of this
Ordinance an6- shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after i. --s adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
iz'-s final passage it shall -cake effect -,.nd be in full force.
