AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF A14AHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 69R-557 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The East 150 feet of the West 242 feet of the North
170 feet of the South 200 feet of the South half of
the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of
Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, as shown on a map recorded in
Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said county.
Excepting that portion conveyed to the.State of
California recorded August 23, 1951 in Book 2220,
page 426 of Official Records of said county.
Also excepting therefrom that portion included within
Ball Road, as described in the deeds to the County of
Orange recorded August 13, 1956 in Book 3609, page 357,
and April 12, 1957 in Book 3872, page 131 of said
Official Records.
be excluded from R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and incorporated in
C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning I -lap as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 28th day of October 1969 .

ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Krein
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2734 on the 28th day of October,
1969.
