2733I,. ORDINANCE NO. 2733 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF A4AIlEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHLIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 69R-556 determining that a change or changes in t e zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUTNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: PARCEL I. That certain parcel of land located in the County of Orange, State of California, being a portion of Lot One, Block K of the Kraemer Tract, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, also being that parcel of land described as Parcel No. One in the Final Order of Condemnation to the City of Anaheim recorded January 25, 1962 in Book 5988, pages 618 through 621, inclusive, of Official Records of Orange County, California, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the existing Cite Limit line of the City of Anaheim, as established by the Northeast No. 2-A Annexation to the City of Anaheim, passed by Ordinance 1269, August 12, 1958, filed with the Secretary of State September 12, 1958, said point of beginning being at the Northwest corner of the South 424.64 feet of Lot 42 of Hazard's Sub- division, as shown on a Map of Survey filed in Boob: 1, page 26 of Record of Surveys in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California, said point of :beginning being 69-70-9 -1- distant from the centerline intersection of Anaheim Road - (now known as Miraloma Avenue) and Miller Street, as said intersection is shown on a Mata of Survev filed in Book 52, page 37 of Record of Surveys in the Office of the County Recorder of said Orange County, California, the following courses and distances: North 73° 06' 21" East 2,320.13 feet, North 4° 00' 30" West 227.52 feet; thence South 40 00' 30" East 2.88 feet, following along a portion of the existing City limit line of the City of Anaheim, as established by said Northeast No. 2-A Annexation, being a portion of the West line of the South 424.64 feet of Lot 42 of said Hazard's Subdivision, to the Southeast corner of the parcel of land described in Parcel 1 in the Final Order of Condemnation to the City of Anaheim, recorded January 25, 1962 in Book 5988, pages 618 through 621, inclusive, of Official Records of Orange County, California; thence Leaving the said existing City Limit line of the City of Anaheim and following along the Southerly line, the Westerly line, the Northerly line and the Easterly line of the land described in said Parcel No. 1 in the last mentioned final order of condemnation to the City_ of Anaheim, the following courses and distances South 730 30' 00" West 269.84 feet to the Southwest corner of said parcel; thence North 160 29' 56" West 462.27 feet; thence North 31 50' 16" West 367.95 feet to the Northwest corner of said parcel; thence North 880 19' 35" East 362.17 feet to the Northeast corner of said parcel; thence South 40 00' 30" East 743.26 feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL II. That certain parcel of land located in the County of Orange, State of California, being a portion of Lot One, Block K of the Kraemer Tract, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, also being that parcel of land described as Parcel No. Two in the Final Order of Condemnation to the City of Anaheim, recorded January 25, 1962 in Book 5988, pages 618 through 621, inclusive, of Official Records of Orange County, California, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the land described in Parcel Two in said final order of condemnation, said South- east corner and point of beginning being distant from the centerline intersection of Anaheim Road (now known as Miraloma Avenue) and Miller Street, as said intersection is shown on a Map of Survey filed in Book 52, page 37 of Record of Surveys in the Office of the Counter Recorder of said Orange County, California, the following courses and distances: North 730 06' 21" East 2,320.13 feet, North 40 00' 30" West, 1,342.96 feet; thence following along the Southerly line, the Westerly line, the Northerly line and the Easterly line of the land described in said Parcel No. 2 in the last mentioned final order of condemnation to the City of Anaheim, the following courses and distances; South 85° 59' 30" West 65.62 feet to the Southwest corner of said parcel; thence North 41 00' 30" West 47.00 feet; to the Northwest corner of said parcel; thence North. 85° 59' 30" East 65.62 feet to the Northeast corner of said parcel; thence South 40 00' 30" East 47.00 feet to the _point of beginning. -2- now is COUNTY A-1, GENERAL changed to and incorporate INDUSTRIAL ZONE. SECTION 2. AGRICULTURAL, ZONE, and that it be d in CITY OF ANAHEIM M-1, LIGHT The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify_ to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
