2726ORDINANCE NO. 2726 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 69R-179 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: PARCEL ONE South 115.00 feet of Lot 6 of the Kellogg Homestead Tract, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 8, page 51, Miscellaneous i-iaps, records of said Orange County. PARCEL TWO North 115.00 feet of the South 230 feet of Lot 6 of the Kellogg Homestead Tract, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 8, page 51, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County. PARCEL THREE That portion of Lot 6 of the Kellogg Homestead Tract ` as shown on a map thereof recorded in Look 8, page 51, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described as follows: -1- 68-69-64 Beginning at a point in the West line of said lot, distant thereon South 01 55' 23'* West 395.00 feet from the Northwest corner thereof, said ,orthwest corner being the center line of the street, 60.00 feet in width, now known as Full 11:oad adjoining said lot on the North, and running thence South 890 40' Last, parallel with the North line of said lot, 249.40 feet to a line parallel with and 200.00 feet Westerly of the East line of said lot, said East line of said lot said East line -being the centerline of the street, 40.00 feet in width, now known as Nutwood Avenue, adjoining said lot on the East; thence South 1° 07' 40" West, parallel with said :Bast line 85.00 feet to a line parallel with and 450:00 feet Southerly of the North line of said lot; thence South 891 40' East along said parallel line 200.00 feet to said East line; thence South 11' 07' 30" West alonq said East line, 101.89 feet to a line parallel with and 230.00 feet ldorth of the South line of said lot; thence Westerly, parallel with said South line to the West line of said lot; thence North 01 55' 23" East along said West line, 186.20 feet to the point of beginning. now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it be changed to and incorporated in R-3, ZULTIPLE-FA211ILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon the following condition; That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $75.00 per apartment unit, to be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the building permit is issued. SECTION 2. The City Zoning dap shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
