AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF A4AIlEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No.determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The South 310 feet of that portion of the South-
west quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section
22, Township 4 South, Range 10West in the Ran.ciio
San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, in the City of Ana-
heim, County of Orange, State of California, as
per map recorded in Boon 51, page 10 of,Miscel-
laneous Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said South-
east quarter of Section 22; thence North 675.00 feet
along the West line of said Southeast quarter;
thence East 573.51 feet Darallel with the South
line of said Southeast ruarter; thence South 00
16° 30" East 675.11 feet to -the South line of
said Southeast quarter; thence .vest to the point
of beginning.
Except the West 450.00 feet.

now is R-A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, C-1, GENERAL COe"U"M...'RCIAL ZONE
and lvl-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, and that it be changed to
and incorporated in C-Rr COAL\,,IERCIA--u-,aEC�E�ATI 0 7 ZO,,E u-on
the following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks,
street grading and paving, drainage facilities,
or other appurtenant worl shall be complied with
as required by the City Engineer, and in accord-
ance with standard plans and specifications on
file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the
time the property is developed.
2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sur, of 15� per front foot
for tree planting purposes, said amount to be
paid at the time the property is developed.
3. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file in the office of the
Director of Public Works and Superintendent of
Streets, prior to final building inspection.
4. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view and shall be in architectural
conformance with the structure.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is here I Dy adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning ma -p to be added
to the City Zoning _,lap showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall tae effect and De in full force.

regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim held on the
19th day of August, 1969, and that the same was duly passed and adopted at
a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 26th day of August, 1969,
by the following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: OOUNCILMEN: Pebley
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2720 on the 26th day of August, 1969.
