2719ORDINANCE NO. 2719 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 69$,-282 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: PARCEL 1: In the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, being a portion of Lot 35 of Anaheim Extension, as shown on a map of survey by William Hamel, a copy of which is shown in book 3, pages 163 to 165, inclusive, of Los Angeles County maps in the office of the Orange County Recorder, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the northerly line of Pearl Street, being 60.00 feet wide, and the northerly prolongation of the easterly line of Tract No. 5444 recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, book 210, pages 28 and 29, records of Orange County; thence along said prolongation North 0° 43' 43° West 315.65 feet to a point on the southerly line of Tract No. 1456 recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, book 48, pages 19 and 20, records of said county; thence along said southerly line South 890 12' 30" West 363.20 feet to a point on the easterly line of Tract No. 2049 recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, book 56, pages 10 -1- 68-69-87 and 11, records of said county; thence along said easterly line and its southerly prolongation South 00 42' 02" East 252.30 feet to a point which is distant 113.00 feet measured at right angles from the northerly line of said Tract No. 5444; thence parallel to said northerly line North 890 12' 30" East 150.00 feet; thence parallel to the easterly line of said Tract No. 5444 and its northerly prolongation South 0° 42' 02`° East 81.00 feet to a point on a tangent curve concave northwesterly having a radius of 15.00 feet and central angle of 760 49' 44`°; thence southwesterly along said curve an arc length of 20.11 feet to a point on a tangent curve having a radius of 170.00 feet and a central angle of 110 38' 18`°, a radial through said point bears South 130 52' 18" East, said curve and the remaining courses to the point of beginning being on the northerly line of said Pearl Street; thence northeasterly along said curve an arc length of 34.53 feet to a point on a reverse curve being concave southeasterly having a radius of 230.00 feet and a central angle of 240 43' 06", a radial through point of reverse curve bears North 25° 30' 36" West; thence easterly along said curve an arc length of 99.22 feet to a point on a tangent line; thence along said line North. 89° 12' 30" East 96.20 feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL 2: In the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, being a portion of Lot 35 of Anaheim Extension, as shown on a map of survey by William Hamel, a copy of which is shown in book 3, pages 163 to 165, inclusive, of Los Angeles County maps in the office of the Orange County Recorder, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the northerly prolongation of the westerly line of Tract No. 5444, recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, book 210, pages 28 and 29, records of Orange County, which is distant North 0° 42' 42" West 113.00 feet from the northwest corner of said tract; thence parallel to the northerly line of said tract North 890 12' 30" East 150.00 feet; thence parallel to the northerly prolongation of the westerly line of said tract South 0° 42' 02" East 81.00 feet to a point on a tangent curve concave northwesterly having a radius of 15.00 feet and a central angle of 76° 49' 44"; thence southwesterly along said curve an arc length of 20.11 feet to a point on a tangent curve concave northwesterly having a radius of 170.00 feet and a central angle of 130 04' 48" a radial through said point bears South 130 52' 18" East (said point being also on the northerly line of Pearl Street, being 60.00 feet wide); thence along the northerly line of said Pearl Street southwesterly along said curve an arc length of 38.81 feet to a point on a tangent line; thence along said line South 89° 12' 30" West 44.04 feet to a point on a tangent curve concave northeasterly having a radius of 48.00 feet and a central angle of 35° 39' 33`°; thence along said curve an arc length of 29.87 feet to a point on a reverse curve being concave northeasterly having -2- a radius of 48.00 feet and a central angle of 350 34' 05", a radial through said point bears North 34° 52' 03" East; thence northeasterly along said reverse curve an arc length of 29.80 feet to a point on said northerly prolongation of the westerly line of said Tract No. 5444; thence North 0° 42' 02" West along said westerly line 82.00 feet to the point of beginning. now is R -A AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in R-2 MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That a Final Tract Map of subject property be approved by the City Council and recorded in the Office of the Orange County Recorder. 2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $75.00 per apartment unit, to be used for park and recrea- tion purposes, said amount to be'paid at the time the building permit is issued. 3. That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed along the west, north and east property lines, where adjacent to single-family residential properties, prior to final building inspection. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage' of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) Days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
