2713ORDINANCE NO. 2713 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF A14AHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 67R-310 _ determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: The West 20 acres of the following described land: Beginning at a point on the East line of Section 22, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City of Anaheim, designated by a stake marked "A", 675 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Section 22; thence North 645 feet along the East line of said Section 22; to a point designated by a stake marked "B" at the junction of the East line of said Section 22, with the South line of land formerly owned by H. D. Polhemus; thence.West 2640 feet parallel with the South line of said Section 22, and at a uniform distance therefrom of 1320 feet to a point designated by a stake marked "C"; thence South 645 feet parallel with the East line of said Section 22 and at a uniform distance therefrom of 2640 feet to a point designated by a stake marked "D", 675 feet distant from and North of the South- west corner of the Southeast quarter of Section 22; thence East 2640 feet parallel with the South line of Section 22 and at a uniform distance therefrom of 675 feet to the point of the beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the West 720 feet thereof: ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 60 feet. -1- 66-67-61(33) now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in C-R, COMMERCIAL -RECREATION ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work, shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed. 3. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15� per front foot for tree planting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed. 4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director of Public Works and Super- intendent of Streets, prior to final building inspection. 5. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view and shall be in architectural conformance with the structure. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
