2706ORDINANCE NO. 2706 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF A14AIlEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 711 determining that a change or changes in a zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: PARCEL FIVE: All that certain land situated in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, described as follows: Lots 172, 173, 174, 175 and 176 of The Eucalyptus Forest Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 5, pages 29 and 30 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. Together with the Southeasterly 20 feet of that part of Santa Ana Street adjoining said Lots 172, 173, 174, 175 and 176, on the Northwest abandoned by Order of the Board of Supervisors of Orange County on January 16, 1917. now is R -A AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, -1- 68-69-37(5) or other appurtenant work, shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in �... accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot, for street lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed. 3. That plans for the development of subject property shall be submitted to and approved by the Architec- tural Control Committee on the basis of compatibility of development, both structurally and architecturally. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set .forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed•to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
